BIRD PHOTO TOURS

Who?
Anyone who wants to experience world-class birding—whether you're just getting started or a seasoned photographer chasing your next lifer. Perfect for anyone looking to make the most of their time in the field—especially those with limited vacation days. We've designed our itineraries to start and end over a weekend, so you can fly in, photograph incredible species like the Multicolored Tanager and Andean Cock-of-the-rock, and be back to work without missing a full week. With small, intimate groups, we create a relaxed, family-like experience that feels just as rewarding as the images you'll take home.

Our all-inclusive bird photography tours offer a seamless, high-quality experience built for capturing world-class bird images in some of the most biodiverse habitats on Earth. Each tour is carefully planned to maximize your time in the field—with early morning outings, targeted site visits, and access to feeders, private reserves, and expert local knowledge that put you right where the birds are. You’ll receive hands-on guidance from two experienced photographers, helping you improve your skills in real-time—from composition to camera settings. We handle every detail: comfortable lodging, private ground transportation, daily meals and drinking water, and expert local birding guides. With small group sizes, you'll enjoy a personalized, relaxed atmosphere where your photography goals come first. (Airfare not included.)
What?

Colombia is the ultimate destination for bird photographers—home to nearly 2,000 bird species, more than any other country on Earth, including over 80 endemics you won’t find anywhere else. From jewel-toned tanagers and hummingbirds to rare antpittas and toucans, the diversity here is staggering. But it’s not just about how many birds you can see—it’s about how you see them. That’s why we’ve carefully designed our Colombia bird photography tours to thoroughly explore each birding hotspot, instead of rushing through multiple regions. Rather than changing locations every night, we slow down and stay longer in key areas, giving you better light, more time in the field, and greater chances to capture truly exceptional images. Whether you're chasing lifers in the Western Andes or focusing your lens on the iconic Toucan Barbet, Yellow-eared Parrot, or Crescent-faced Antpitta, this is bird photography at its best—in the most bird-rich country on the planet.
