Premium Luster Paper Print: This is an unframed, heavyweight 250 gsm fine-art photo print featuring a low-glare satin finish, perfectly suited for placement inside a traditional frame of your choice.
Gallery-Wrap Canvas: This is a custom-made, textured poly-cotton canvas hand-stretched over a substantial 1.5-inch solid wood core, arriving completely ready to hang right out of the box.
Floating Glossy Metal Print: This is a flagship, high-gloss image fused directly into a rigid aluminum panel, featuring a hidden inset back frame that suspends the artwork sleekly off your wall.
Because every fine art print, canvas wrap, and metal panel is a custom-made asset created strictly to order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship and provide an ironclad 100% Replacement Guarantee for transit issues:
Shipping Damage: If your package or artwork arrives damaged by the carrier, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. Please take clear photos of the damaged box and the artwork, and email them to us within 72 hours of delivery.
Production Faults: In the extremely rare event of a print defect or structural workshop error, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement through our labs right away.
Cancellation Window: You have a strict 30 minute window from the exact time of purchase to request an address update or cancellation before your file is securely locked into the printing queue. Submissions for cancellation should be in writing with a time and date stamp (email is acceptable overlandunchartedwildlife@gmail.com).
Every luxury print is custom-crafted to order in professional labs using archival, exhibition-grade mediums. Because we maintain the highest standards of fine-art production, please anticipate the following turnaround times for delivery:
Lab Production: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for custom file calibration, high-precision printing, hand-stretching, and meticulous quality inspection before your artwork is securely crated.
Insured Transit: Once dispatched via premium carrier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL), domestic shipping generally takes an additional 2 to 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Tracking Updates: A fully insured tracking link will automatically be sent to your email the exact moment your artwork leaves the printing facility.
